Depending on the project and client, Niskus employ a wide range of contractors and team members. We also work with leading European fermentation , molecular biology and sensor research centers as  well established specialist engineering firms to scale for major volumes.

Niskus was established in 2022 to combat the massive waste of useful grains and water across the drinks industry. While most drinks companies are legally and environmentally compliant, this doesn’t mean that the waste side streams, such as the spent grains and processed water, are being reused and reclaimed which works well for the good of society. In fact, it is estimated that the drinks industry globally uses 1 trillion litres of drinking water to produce beverages and produces 39 million tonnes of spent grains.

 

We intend to change this.
